There is no doubt that Tasia and Gracia Seger, also known as the “Spice Queens”, love their chilies. They specialise in Asian food, especially cooking their heritage of Indonesian cuisine. However having grown up in Indonesia, India and Australia, Tasia and Gracia like to incorporate international influences in their cooking.
They are constantly developing new fusions within traditional Asian cooking, combining innovative dishes and modernizing plating. Their most used ingredients: chilli, garlic, onion, shallots and rice — are reflective of their Asian heritage.
Tasia and Gracia loves to travel and explore the different cultures, at the same time learning and being inspired to create their fusion dishes.
The Seger’s sisters cooking was put to the ultimate test during My Kitchen Rules series 7 –earning a near-perfect five course extravaganza and the title of My Kitchen Rules Champions.
