With a strong background in hospitality Luke started his venture in mixology, early 2008. Quickly learning the basics he began pushing the boundaries in cocktail preparation, discovering molecular mixology(the science of consumable liquids). Exploring became the fascination, utilising limitless ingredients to calm, enhance or alter the flavours experienced in any drink. Reversing mixology techniques Luke discovered potential mocktail’s in any cocktail.

Starting early 2014 Man Made Mocktails moved through many Brisbane markets upon finally settling at Eat Street Markets, Portside in February 2014. Eat Street reformed Luke’s sole operation, into a fully catered non-alcoholic mobile cocktail bar. Labour intensive and a high demand for accuracy, Man Made Mocktails provided personalised service catering for individual needs on a large scale.
