We would like to share with the Canberrans the traditional sweet & savoury french crêpes.
They can be made from Buckwheat which is the perfect gluten free alternative for people who are sensitive to wheat or other gluten grains.
While many people think that Buckwheat is a cereal grain, it is actually a fruit seed that is related to rhubarb and sorrel; making it a suitable substitute to grains for people who are sensitive to wheat or other grains that contain gluten.
Our buckwheat crêpes ( galette ) are also DAIRY FREE and low GI.
We will offer traditional Brittany crêpes cooked on a 40cm crêpe maker using an Organic Australian grown Gluten Free, Nut Free and Cereal Free Buckwheat.
The crêpes are filled with different ingredients and the customers also have the choice to make up their own.
We also cook a range of sweet crêpes with plain flour which are filled with ingredients such as lemon, cinnamon, sugar, honey, jam, nutella, chantilly and so much more…
Please be advised that the Buckwheat gluten free option flour is also available for the sweet crêpes!
We do have some Vegan option available too !
