It amused us that the craft beer philosophy hadn’t extended to cider and that the so-called “natural” ciders in existence were far from natural – all of them loaded with preservatives and almost all of them made using concentrate.
So from our rustic, tin, ex-winery shed in the beautiful Swan Valley, we created the first batches of delicious preservative-free cider. And like all good things, we were told it wasn’t possible. Well it is very possible, and here it is! These are the best ciders in Australia!
We ferment real apples, not concentrate, we do not add any preservatives and we do not pasteurise. All of our fruits are sourced from local growers and farmers in Western Australia. We believe there is no other craft cider company out there that compares to our level of high quality and taste. Come and visit us in the Swan Valley for an experience of what real craft cider is.
